2.2 Vehicle Ownership/Permission Certification
Important Certification Required:
You certify that for each vehicle you register with our service, you either:
- Own the vehicle and have full legal rights to monitor it, OR

Have explicit written permission from the vehicle owner to monitor

Are legally authorized (e.g., parent/guardian, spouse, business

- Provide real-time monitoring (searches occur periodically)
